Oriens Aviation

Pilatus aircraft authorised centre

Our Story

Oriens Aviation, the exclusive Pilatus distributor for the British Isles, was founded by Edwin Brenninkmeyer, an experienced aircraft owner and pilot, with a passion for flying, quality, value and exceptional customer service.

It is no coincidence that Oriens Aviation chose to partner with the Swiss manufacturer, Pilatus since they produce, hands down the most exceptional products of their kind for us to support. Not only do Pilatus produce the most proven, best-selling and versatile turbo prop available but they are also continuing to innovate and bring new products to market, such as the PC-24, Super Versatile Jet which brings the unique selling points of the PC-12 to the twin-jet market.

The Swiss-built Pilatus products, together with Oriens Aviation’s expert knowledge is a partnership that combines a seamless operation for owners, who can enjoy many of the services provided from the convenience of London Biggin Hill Airport.

Services that we offer Pilatus owners include maintenance (scheduled and unscheduled), warranty work and out-of-hours AOG support for all Pilatus products. It is strongly recommended that owners utilise our Pilatus Approved Service Centre not only for complete peace of mind and exceptional service but also to help preserve the exceptional residual values that Pilatus and its authorised centres fight for every day. We are a true one-stop shop and provide aircraft management, hangarage and handling.

The versatility, reliability and economy of Pilatus aircraft are unmatched. With the ability to land on short runways, including unpaved strips, the PC-12 and PC-24 can access more airfields than traditional private jets, opening up your world of remote destinations, getting you right where you want to be in style.

“The Pilatus PC-12 allows you to operate with nearly as much convenience as a helicopter but with significantly lower maintenance costs and with much greater range, payload and comfort.”

The PC-12 It is the perfect complement or alternative to the helicopter, providing the best short and unprepared field performance possible for a pressurised, fixed wing aircraft. This allows the use of smaller fields, closer to the final destination, with near helicopter convenience.
The PC-24 gives you turboprop operating costs, short-field performance and versatility in a light, twin-jet with a cabin volume rivalling mid-sized jets. All this is crafted with the very highest quality, Swiss engineering and is what makes the aircraft uniquely Pilatus.

A household name to the average Swiss citizen, the Pilatus brand is revered in the Global Aviation industry for representing the very pinnacle of Swiss craftsmanship, service, quality and exceptional value.
