Job Title: Client Services Coordinator

Job Purpose: To coordinate and control the customer experience, and to administer the financial processing of aircraft maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Reports directly to the Commercial Manager.
- Represents the customer for aircraft in maintenance.
- Coordinates & oversees customer touch points, and ensures the highest levels of customer service, commensurate with Business Aviation expectations.
- Prepares and presents the most accurate & timely update for the customer
- Builds and controls the financial development of any maintenance project. Allocates costs to customers or warranty.
- Must be flexible, to be reasonably accessible for customer support.
- Must respect company EH & S discipline and expectation.
- Delivers strategic projects as defined by the Commercial Manager
- Attends meetings as required.
- Carries out any reasonable request by the Commercial Manager or higher management in the reporting hierarchy.
Qualities & Knowledge
- Excellent communication and literacy skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint applications
- Able to easily learn new technologies and computer systems
- Able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Must have excellent comprehension of financial priorities and processes.
- Must be methodical and ordered in approach to tasks
- Must be able to understand our customer expectations.
- Solid problem-solving ability and organisational skills
- Flexible and able to manage varying demands and workloads
- Basic understanding of continuous improvement philosophies
- Understanding of EH&S practices and policies
- Knowledge of safety risks linked to the working environment
- Understanding of professional integrity, behaviour and attitude towards safety
- Ability to promote the safety policy.
Experience
- Previous experience of working in a similar role
- Previous experience of communicating with customers and HNWIs.
- Computer literate
- Read & write in fluent English
Desirable
- Have the right to work in the UK without restriction
- Full UK driving license
