Operations Controller Role

Due to the continued expansion of our Flight Operations Service we are looking to recruit an Operations Controller to be based at our Biggin Hill Operations Centre.  This is an exciting opportunity to join our team providing operations services to our growing fleet of aircraft.

The role includes:

• Being conversant with the Company Operations Manuals and Regulations.
• Flight planning, obtaining overflight/landing permissions, airport slots, booking of handling and third party services.
• Providing dispatch and flight-watch functions
• The continuous updating of the Operations computer system to reflect current status of operations.
• Update of ATC flight plans and slots whenever there are changes to flight schedules, delays, disruptions, etc
• Scheduling and advising flight crews consistent with operational requirements and forward planning to ensure crew availability for future requirements.
• Contributing to the overall Company Management System with regard to safety and hazard identification.

There will be a requirement for out of hours coverage on a roster basis.
